The company at the end of the day give greater priority to the Chief Financial Officer and the Marketing head when compared to the Human Resource Department head. Therefore, there is always a leap in the market and a dangerous hype for the people too.

With the introduction of Artificial Intelligence, the company will start cutting the jobs in order to save greater amount of money and hire artificial intelligence service providing companies for the same. Therefore, no matter how good the things look, the matter is still not at a good place. 

However, if you pursue the postgraduate course  on Human Resource Management from a well-renowned institute then you have a greater and better chance of having a good job in some MNC.
