Boondi Laddu

Ingredients for Boondi Laddu Cheesecake:
- Curd (yoghurt) - 300 gm
- condensed milk - 100 gm
- Water - 1/2 cup
- sliced pistachios - 1/4 cup
- melted butter - 2 tbsp
- Boondi Laddu - 5
- cream cheese - 200 gm
- Gelatin - 1 tbsp
- sliced almonds - 1/4 cup
- glucose biscuit - Two
- brown sugar - Two tbsp
How to prepare Boondi Laddu Cheesecake:
Step 1) Crush your cookies very properly. Then mix brown sugar, melted butter & crushed cookies in a vessel & place it in the bottom of the vessel & flatten it with the light pressure.
Step 2) Place a saucepan over a moderate flame & heat water into it. In meantime, dissolve the gelatin or agar-agar in 3 tbsp of water. Add the gelatin mixture in ½ cup of water when it comes for boiling.
Step 3) Now, switch off the flame & combine well. Allow it to cool. Inside a big mixing vessel, blend hung curd, condensed milk and cream cheese together.
Step 4) Drop the agar-agar, post it is cooled & blend properly with a hand mixer. The mix would be thick.
Step 5) Then pour the mixture on the crushed cookies into the baking vessel. Close & refrigerate for minimum 6 hrs or until serving time.
Step 6) Just before you serve, top this cheesecake with newly crumbled Boondi laddus, pistachio and sliced almonds.
